Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your L&B MAMA pieces. If something doesn't work out, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items.
Eligible for Return:
- Unworn and unwashed items
- Original tags attached
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition
Not Eligible:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags
- Personalized items
How to Return
Contact Us
Email hello@lbmama.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Items
Place items in their original packaging (or similar) with all tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Ship It Back
We will provide a return shipping label. Drop off your package at any Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free for exchanges; for refunds, a $5 return shipping fee applies
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
